Lauren and John chose to get married at the gorgeous Stoke Place in Buckinghamshire and influenced much of the decor themselves, including the pretty chalked signage with wood from John’s workplace and decorating their Chuppah with personal photos of their nearest and dearest.
After the ceremony, John said that all his nerves slipped away as soon as he saw Lauren at the top of the aisle; a little sign that Lauren and John really are two peas in a pod. They have so much care towards each other, from John presenting Lauren with a personalised necklace during his speech, to Lauren giving John a card every day in the month leading up to their wedding… they are both so very thoughtful and sweet!
In the lead up to their wedding day, Lauren was blogging for the international Jewish blog Smashing the Glass (you can read about their pre-wedding journey here), so we were delighted to be a part of their wedding from start to finish and to have some of our photos grace the lovely Smashing the Glass blog!
Plenty more photos and their wedding film to come, so do watch this space for more! Finally, a huge thank you to Lauren and John; from the day we met you (Lauren…booking us without John knowing!!) and got to know both of you, you’ve been nothing but kind and generous and we’ve loved working with you both. Can’t wait to catch up at your viewing! x
